Ordering Directly Through Eternal Glassworks

 

Once you have decided which Memorial Keepsake(s) you would like to order, please add them to your "Cart".  When you are ready to place your order, select the "Cart" button at the top of the page to begin the checkout process.  We will then ship you a "Memorial Kit". This kit will include the following:

 

~ small pouch and spoon for the cremated remains ~

~ instructions on the amount of cremains needed for each piece based ~

~ a prepaid envelope to ship back to our studio ~

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Simply place the provided pouch of cremated remains into the prepaid envelope and mail them to our studio. In order to receive your tracking number, the prepaid envelope needs to be dropped off at your local Post Office.  The Post Office will provide you with your tracking number.   

 

We will provide an email notification once we receive your prepaid envelope.  A typical delivery time would be 3 - 4 weeks from placing your order.  Please note: any remaining cremated remains will be returned with your order.

 

 

Please feel free to include a note with your loved ones name, and a short description, or even a picture in the prepaid envelope. I do love to know their favourite song or the style of music they enjoyed, as I like to listen to that while working in the studio. This is not necessary but does help me connect more to the glass when creating your unique piece.
